Hi
When an appointment is booked with an employee for the same time, the email that gets sent consolidates all appointment information to the employee - but what I need is individual appointments in their own seperate emails.
eg. Appointment 1 booked for 9am - the employee will get a notification
Appointment 2 booked for 9am - the employee will get the informatin from appointment 1 + appointment 2.
How can we make it so that the Appointment 2 notificaiton only has the appointment 2 data in it?
Thanks
Kahl
In addition to this, is it possible to do the same with calendar appointemnts?
If an employee has 10 slots, but has 5 appointments with 2 people in each one, the calendar appointment is consolidated into 1 appointment becasue the service is at the same time. How can we make it so there is 5 seperate appointments in the calendar? We prefer to see them individually rather than all in one.
Hello Kahlil,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1) Could you provide me please with screenshots of the emails your employee receives and the email template used in the notification settings section (to see what placeholders you use) from the Amelia back-end.
2) I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. This is a group appointment and there is no other way to display it.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy
