We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
good morning
We have contracted the plan that allows more domains. We currently use a domain for two companies, but now we want to separate them. In both companies some teachers are repeated, therefore we would like to see if there is the possibility that if someone takes an appointment with a teacher in one company, that change will also be reflected in the agenda of the other company
Thanks!
Hi turistas
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can integrate Google Calendars for your employees in Amelia and enable the Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots option. It will remove the time slots of the Busy events in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia.
You can find the documentation about Google Calendar integration here.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
Thank you very much for the reply
But what you are telling me is not for gmail and hotmail emails and we work with the company's email. It's possible?
thanks
Hi turistas
I'm sorry, I'm not sure what do you mean.
You can use your corporate emails. You just need to use Google Services to assign a Calendar for your Employees, and deal with the booked timeslots.
Best Regards.
Hi!
You tell me that if I have corporate emails I can link them with google calendar? do you know how to do that?
Thanks!
Hi turistas.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
If your corporate emails are based on google mail, it shouldn't cause any problems.
If not, you need to have a Google account first, and integrate Google Calendar afterwards.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
