When a client makes a reservation herself, everything is fine. With that i mean that the order information and customer information is logged in Amelia AND in Woocommerce.
BUT when an Amelia employee or Amelia Admin plans a reservation from the employee or admin panel the customer information and order information is not logged into woocommerce and because of that we are not able to send all these people an invoice so they can get the medical care bill back from the insureance.
How can i make Amelia also log the reservations in woocommerce when an employee or admin makes a reservation for a client?
WooCoomerce is used only as a payment method in Amelia, booking data is transferred to WooCoomerce while customers make a booking through the frontend, there is no way to automatically register booking in WooCommerce from the Amelia backend. You can register those appointments through the backend as the payment method wouldn't be mandatory, you can later modify that status if needed as well.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
But how can I make an invoice of the booking if it was planned iun the back-end?
My client has around 300 bookings that she put in via the back-end. For every single booking she needs an invoice with all the appointment information on there. How do we do that?
If a client makes the reservation herself via the front-end woocommerce will make the invoice. But as you explained this doesn't work when booking are made from the back-end. So what do i do now?
Unfortunately, there is no invoice function in Amelia, because Amelia is not a payment system.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but we are not able to help you with this, maybe it can be achieved from WooCommerce. The best solution is to check it with their support service.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
