In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello, so, we have 8 services, with 2 time slots, 9am-3pm - 3pm-9pm.
If I schedule a 9-3 on shelter1 for march 3rd.
I am unable to schedule any of the other 7 shelters for that same time slot on the same day.
Secondly, Is there a way if someone wants to schedule both time slots, it charges the double? As currently, we have it set to $27 per time slot.

In Amelia service working hours and days are tied to an employee If you have only one employee for 8 services when that employee is "booked" in one service that means that he is unavailable for other services. You will need to create an employee for each service.
Unfortunately currently, there is no such feature built-in. Customers can only book one appointment at a time.
Maybe you are interested in our packages of services. Packages of Services is the only feature that is not included in the Basic license, the rest of the features are absolutely identical.
Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Customers will be able to book included Appointments on any days, with no strict recurrence.
