We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello there 🙋♂️
Yet I cannot find a way to let customer do so.
Example:
I have classes for yoga on monday 08:00 - 09:00 am and thursday 10:00 - 11:00 am, my studio is open 07am - 6pm.
Before and after those classes different classes take place, so yoga is only available once per specific day.
As it is now it shows on all working days and on all hours with step counting on the length of the service.
Is there a way to limit a service to a day of week and specific hours ?
Hello Karol,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
We will try to answer to all of your questions as best as possible:
1.Currently, there is no such feature built-in. For now, Event must be booked and paid one by there is no option to pay for several events at once. It will be probably implemented sometime in the future but we do not have an exact ETA.
2. Of course you can do that early easily. Working hours and days of a service depend on an employee. You need to create that working days of your employees are "monday 08:00 - 09:00 am and thursday 10:00 - 11:00 am" for example like this
Please try it it's quite easy and if you ran into some issues feel free to contact us again.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hello there Marko o/
Thank you that is helpful.
Can you assist me on another matter.
I would like for customers to be able to see how many bookings were placed / how much space there is on a service, the same way it is for events.
Is it possible ?
Hello Karol,
We are glad that we're able to help you.
As for customers to be able to see how many available spots there are like you can see in the event feature I'm afraid that currently, there is no such feature built-in.
If you have any more questions please feel to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
