I can't get locations to save an address and I get a notice that the page can't load Google maps correctly. I do have a maps API key in the Amelia general settings and there is a billing account set up.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
There is a "This API project is not authorized to use this API. Places API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError" error that pops up when entering the location in the Address field. This is most likely due to The Maps JavaScript API not being activated on your API project. You may need to enable the Maps JavaScript API under APIs in the Google Cloud Console.
To activate the Maps JavaScript API for your project, click the button below.

If you find that your Google location does not work, please make sure that you have activated and deactivated the Amelia plugin after the update. Clear your server and browser cache.
You need to create Google Map API Key on your Google account (enabling all necessary APIs). See the image below.
You need to add your billing details to your Google account as well.
If you did all the above, please insert your Google Map API Key in Google Map API Key option in Amelia General settings.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
