Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
There is no shortcode for that you can use this placeholder %number_of_persons% in notifications to get updated about the number of persons whenever there is a new booking in the event.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
I understand that, but that only gives me the number of people who registered at that time, not the total number of registrants.
When I receive that email, I have no idea if the course is almost full, or almost empty. I then have to go to the backend of wordpress and open that specific event to find out where I'm at in terms of registrations.
Is there a way that information can be accessed easily?
Unfortunately, currently, there is no such feature built-in there is no other way.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

Is there a way to get updates on the numbers of particpants registered in an event other than going to the Events panel in Amelia?
For example, we can set up notification emails as people sign up, but i can't find a shortcode for total participants registered.
