We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I am located in Canada, and work with clients across the country, spanning several different time-zones. The booking calendar works well when clients book their own appointments and gives correct time-zone based on their location.
However, I often need to book the appointment for the client (during a consultation), so need a way to book in the clients time-zone, but from my computer. Is there a work around for this? I have tried changing the time on my computer, but this didn't work.
Thanks so much!
Daniel
Hello Daniel
Thank you for your purchase.
Changing the time zone on your computer should work fine, but only if you're viewing the page from an incognito window (not logged into your WP site).
See the attached screen recording.

Hello Aleksandar,
Thanks for your reply and the screen recording. I guess I would only be able to bypass the payment screen, by using a coupon code at 100% discount? Seeing as I'm not logged in.
Another option I would like, is to have a booking form for each time-zone, I could display all the forms on a private web page for me to log in to through wordpress... all calendars would need to share the same time slots etc. Is this possible?
Thanks again for your help,
Daniel
Hi again Daniel
You could bypass the payment screen if you're using the discount coupon, yes, or if you enable "On-Site" payments. Please note, though, that this can't be enabled if you're using WooCommerce as a payment method.
As for having a form for each time zone - this is not what I would recommend, as the plugin automatically calculates the time zone of the user who's visiting the booking page. You would end up pasting the same shortcode on all pages, and in the end it would do the same thing.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
