We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi TMS!
We have a question for a customer of ours, who is using the Amelia Plugin as a booking system. We use it as a system to book "packages" that can be hired for a day. It's all planned in, but we cannot make it work to make the different services to be booked on the same day. (by the same eployee).
What we want: The service can be booked once a day, but multiple services can be booked on the same day.. Can you tell us how we can make this work?
Thanks!

Hello Lisa
Thank you for your purchase.
You can include as many services as you want in a package. If one employee is working on all these services, and if the employee has enough time to accept more than one appointment in the same day, you should be able to book multiple appointments on the same day.
This depends on a few factors:
If you want to limit the appointments included in the package so they have to be booked on the same day - that's not something Amelia can do. You can limit the duration of the package, so it expires in 3 days for example, but if "Period available for booking in advance" in General settings is set to 365, that means that the customer will have 3 days to book 1 year ahead.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
