We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

The changes I make to the plugin do not appear to be made on the front end.
This extremely concerning because we use Amelia for all of our booking.
I've tried several times to update the times allowed for booking and the changes dont seem to be made.
If someone can please help that would be greatly appreciated!
I'm having the same issue. I put all employees on holiday for Christmas and I've not removed the holiday to reopen bookings but no dates and times are appearing as available. Incredibly concerning!

I can see that the booking form loads normally on this page, but that doesn't seem to be an issue on your site.
Can you please tell me what changes you tried to make, and then provide me with a temporary wp-admin (Administrator) user for your site, so we can attempt to make those changes, and see what's going on?
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
bobbie cone - your issue has been isolated, and my colleague will respond to the ticket you have open. In short - you added days off from December 2021 until April and May 2022, that's why you can't see any dates available, but Uros will provide more details in your ticket shortly.
