Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Through Amelia you can offer all that "communication channel" except phone-call. Amelia doesn't have phone option integration, But if you wish you can simply create a service that will have a phone in her name for example consultation via phone.
You will need to do that also for other service consultations via Zoom, Consultation on-site, and consultation via Google meet. You can read more about how to integrate Google and Zoom in our documentation. That way customers will know which option to choose.
Employees can only be assigned to one location at a time, and each employee has a default location. So, if an employee1 is linked to location1 by default, he can still work on locations 2 and 3 per work periods. So one employee can work on location1 from 09 - 12, on location 2 from 12 - 14 and on location 3 from 14 - 17.
Hi there, Thanks a lot for the response. If I understand you correctly, I am supposed to create different services for Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, on-site advice and telephone advice. But what you are describing will not work at all. For example, I offer four different service consultations in one category, "Life Coaching". If the customer has selected a service consultation, he should then decide when registering whether it should take place online or on site. It is correct that a place is assigned to an employee. But in the current situation, many customers do not want to be there. And want to book their advice online or by phone.
I think calendly offers a much better solution. After the customer has chosen the service advice, he can decide on the following page whether he would like to use the service on site, via Zoom or by telephone. See screenshot. I can expand the locations as I wish.
Can you offer me a better alternative? Because that's not a good solution for us.
I agree with Timo that the location of services is now very much tailored towards brick-and-mortar businesses. I too (and some of my client who I've setup Amelia for) would like to give the choice for online/versus offline when booking a service. The way Calendly does this is perfect.
First sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!
We understand you both but for now, there is no better solution than to set up several services that are called similarly consultations via zoom, consultation on-site, consultations via phone.
I'll kindly ask you both to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
I'm sorry to have to tell you. But for me that's not really a solution. I have already described to you that I offer other services. And that definitely cannot be mapped that way.
Therefore I ask you to pass this problem on. Because otherwise, the Amelia plugin is of no use to me.
We understand but there are no certainties that this will be implemented. The best way is to suggest it yourself on this page.

Good day,
I would like to offer my customers a choice of communication channels.
for example:
- zoom
- Phone call
- Personal meeting on site
- Google Meet
and also several locations to choose from.
The customer should decide whether he wants to take part in our meeting via zoom, telephone or in one place.
How can I depict that.
This option is offered by https://calendly.com/.
I'm looking forward to positive news.
Kind regards.
