We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
how to change search filter order on search filters left sidebar
Hello Damir
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Amelia Search form is not customizable yet. Our developers will include it in the Customize section at some point in the future, but it's not yet possible to change the order of filters.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

can I remove part of the filters or all filters then from the search page ?
If this requires your customization-how much?
Hi again Damir
The Search booking form can't work without filters. At least one of the filters needs to be applied in order for the form to be loaded properly.
We can probably hide some filters using custom CSS, but I'll need you to tell me which filters you want to hide, and to provide me with the page where Amelia Search is loaded, so I can find appropriate CSS for this. You can take a screenshot and mark the sections you want to hide.
Unfortunately, our developers are quite busy at the moment, and they can't accept any custom work, so we can't do any customizations of this form for you. They will work on the Amelia Search booking form in the future, but I don't have any ETA for you at this time.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
