I am concerned that when testing out the booking calender all days and hours are available to book.  

This should not be the case.  I have set up company hours and employee hours.  I have dedicated employee time to different services.  I have confirmed the timezone in the general settings and in the Amelia settings allowed the clients to view in their time zone. However I can still book an appointment for a time and a day when the employee is not available and the company is closed.  How to I get the calender to show only available time slots for the service and / or for the employee selected??

Hello I have resolved this myself.  So if anyone else is having the same problem go to settings, roles and then turn off allow admin to book anytime!!!!
