If understood you correctly Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future. But there may be a workaround you're interested in. 

Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.

We can offer you something similar and this is the best and only solution that we have where customers can see and manage their appointments.

You can enable customer panel. Front-end Customer Panel allows you to offer your customers an easy way to track, reschedule and/or cancel their appointments and events. In the Customer Panel, customers can manage their personal details without logging into the WordPress backend, they can also reschedule appointments if they to do so. Most likely you have the Admin type in wp_amelia_users, in the database. Please find it and change its status from admin to customer and then you will be able to save the changes.

You probably booked for a customer while you were logged in as an admin. Please note that when you do this in the future you should always do it from the incognito window.

Shortcode and its parameters are not changing by it self if you want to implement some changes to shortcode you need to change it yourself.

You can do that just by double-clicking on shortcode and simply type in other parameters that you want for example [ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1 events=1] if you want to show both Appointments and Events.

We understand your point of view and we are sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately, there are a lot of plugins that are not compatible with one another.

Unfortunately, the issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, and it might take significant time to investigate and replicate the issue on our side, to be able to find the source of the problem, especially when the plugin or theme is not familiar to us.
