I'm not sure what is meant by email credentials. Does that mean my usual username and password that I use to login to my email? Or does it mean something else?
I'm having the exact same issue. My payments in woocommerce gets processed and appointments shows up in Amelia but none of my Amelia notifications are sent.
Email notifications are not working at all for either customers or employees.
The payment works and the appointment does show up on the calendar, but the automated email notification is not sent.
Please advise ASAP as this is extremely detrimental to my business, which is dependent on quick turnarounds.
I have the latest version of Amelia (Version 4.3.1)
Hi Uros,
I still do not get any email notifications after I tried to sign up for a free session in the website.
I did as you suggested: I switched the SMTP username to [email protected], which is my work email.
I also confirmed that "allow less secure apps" was already selected.
Please advise, thanks! I'm very determined to get this working.
Josh
Hello Joshua,
Can you please double-check your email credentials?
I am able to send emails using my email credentials, but I get the "Email has not been sent" error when using your credentials.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros,
I've confirmed that the email credentials are absolutely accurate.
Furthermore, I've tried both [email protected] and [email protected] and neither work despite putting in the right email and passwords.
Please advise, thanks.
Josh
Hi Uros,
In addition to fixing the email credentials / notifications problem, I'm also curious about the pricing of the SMS notifications.
What is the cost per message for somebody who is based in Toronto, Canada? Thanks.
Josh
I'm having the exact same issue. My payments in woocommerce gets processed and appointments shows up in Amelia but none of my Amelia notifications are sent.
