Additionally, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I have tested WooCommerce checkout and this page pops up. 

This happens with both Amelia and other products, thus, this is not an issue with the Amelia plugin but rather with WooCommerce. You can reach out to their support and they will assist you with this issue. Feel free to send them the screenshot I attached above and tell them this issue occurs when the customer proceeds to the WooCommerce checkout page.

Klarna Payments for WooCommerce is in conflict with Amelia. You need to access your database and change the value in the wp_options table -> In the "option_name" column search for "amelia_settings", and then edit the "option_value" cell. in JSON find "skipCheckoutGetValueProcessing". The default value is "false", it should be changed to "true", so it will look like that:
