We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
I installed Amelia en configured it already with my Google Calendar. I have a few problems.
1. If my clients make an appointment, they can choose slots not in my openinghours (like midnight, etc.).
2. If they choose a timeslot, they also can choose a slot who is already busy in my agenda. I use this agenda also for private. Can Amelia see the busy slots of my private purposes?
Can you help me to fix this problem.
Thank you
Hello Evelien,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
When you test booking an appointment you should test from the incognito window because if your option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" in Amelia/settings/role settings/admin is turned on you can available appointments and busy slot available 24/7.
Please try to book from the incognito window and let us know if everything is as it should be.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thank you. I switch off the button "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" and I the time slots are now between the opening hours. But I still can book on busy time slots of my private calendar.
Hello Evelien,
Did you enable option "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots"?
Remove Google Calendar Busy SlotsEnable this option if you want to remove the time slots of the Busy events in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots in the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is a Busy event in the Google Calendar.
You can find this option in Amelia/settings/integration/Google Calendar
Please note: In order to use 2-way Google synchronization properly your employees should set statuses of the events in their Google calendars as Busy. That way, time-slots occupied by those events will be removed from Amelia calendar.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
