Unfortunately, with service options alone, there is no option to set multiple bookings of service to be mandatory. However, you could create a package with that service alone, and after setting the number of appointments you offer for that service, you can set the "Minimum bookings required" to any number, and this option will set the minimum number of appointments a customer needs to schedule at the moment of booking.

Here is how you could accomplish this:

The service, that you want that you don't want only one appointment booked, can be put into a different category than the other services, and on the page where you want to show all services excluding the aforementioned service, simply put shortcode [ameliabooking category=1] (Where 1 would be category id for the category that contains all the services excluding the aforementioned service).

And then, when you put your service into the package just like we mentioned before, simply use the [ameliabooking show=packages] shortcode, and packages with the service will be shown.
