Thank you for your explanation. When you go to the calendar you can choose a category and you can even choose which service will be shown when you filter category you can see how it done in the pictures that we are sending you.

Here Izdavanje is a category and we have two different services stan na dan. When i click on category Izdavanje both of them is selected

But here you can see that we disable one service because we wanted to to filter only one service

The same goes for appointments you can click on the category Izdavanje both of them is selected and here you can see that we disable one service because we wanted to filter only one service

You can even filter by employee, customer, status of appointment,category and service.

As for the CSV export file currently there is no option to export via category only with these

Since this very important for you I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. 

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
