In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have the lite version and just purchased the lifetime upgrade. I have already created several tables on my website with the lite version. If I install the upgrade, will I lose those tables? I don't see anywhere to put the purchase code in the lite version.

Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately, you cannot just enter the purchase code and update Lite to the full version like that.
The Lite version needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin.
You can download the full version by logging into our store with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin via e-mail.
In wpDataTables settings, make sure that "Prevent deleting database tables" check-box is enabled, so the plugin will not remove any database tables once the lite version is deleted. After that, when you install the full version, all your existing tables will stay in place.

Thank you. The problem is that when I click on Download in the email that was sent to me for the upgraded plug-in, a new tab opens for the TMS Plug-in store, but the page is blank. When I try to log-in, I get an error messagek. When I do the password reset and try to use it, I get an error message. So at this point, I can't get to the upgrade to download.
I just tried in a Firefox instead of Chrome, and I was able to get in! Thank you, I am all set. I appreciate your help.

We haven't had any issues with Chrome (basically, 90% of testing is done with Chrome, so it should work fine).
It could be that you have some security measures on your Google Account that prevent downloads, but either way I'm glad to see this is resolved.
