We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,
We have some trouble adapting amelia to our business, here's the issue:

Our customers can join different book classes, these classes are all sold in a bundle (12 classes in 3 months, 48 in 6 months etc...)

I love Amelia's booking process but
Sometimes we have to book for them (some of them aren't technology savvy)

in these cases, we would need to remove  "a lesson" from the ones they see available in their purchased package.

    how can we do that?
Can we manually edit how many lessons they have left? maybe even adding them as a gift?

Also, we don't make it mandatory to book straight away but from the Customer pannel, all the nice booking features such as "recurring booking" aren't available.

    Thank you for your time

    Hi Matteo

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can manage the appointments in packages. This can be done on the Services page, under the Packages tab for each package there is the Purchases button next to Edit.  You can see the details for the appointments booked in the purchase, you can change their status and edit them. Here you can find a guide to Packages Managing.

As for recurring booking from the Customer panel, I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, it is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. Front-end Customer Panel allows you to offer your customers an easy way to track, reschedule and/or cancel their appointments and events.

If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
