Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I have added a customer panel access link to the "Appointment approved" email. I labeled it as "Link to customer panel", feel free to change it or translate it and test it with appointment booking.

With all the customer role options you have enabled, here is how it works:

1. New customer with the unique email books an appointment.

2. The customer receives an email with the link that redirects the customer to the password creation WordPress screen.

3. Customer creates a password with which they can access the customer panel.
