I recently purchased Amelia because i noticed some serious bugs while setting up the system for a client and now it seems this system is not usable at all!
Upon creating Events using the Amelia plugin i have noticed Events randomly being deleted when i am updating other events. This of course make the Events section of this plugin completely useless. Please confirm if this is a known issue and contact me asap please.
Also when entering an Address for a Location nothing happens and the Address is never saved in that field (i have added valid google maps api keys)
Also when entering a description for an event there is lots of random characters on the screen. It seems to be when someone creates an event using the wordpress interface and then someone uses the Employee Panel to create an event. Is this also a known bug?
I am not happy having just paid for this plugin if this is the quality of the service it provides.

We will try to answer to all of your questions as best as possible:
1. This is not a known issue.
2.
Did you enable Google Map API Keys on your Google account (enabling all necessary API's from the screenshot below), and have you added your billing account? You can read more about this here.
When these are enabled, please add the APIs in API Restrictions on the "Credentials" page:
If you did all this, please check if you inserted the API keys in Google Map API Key option in General settings of Amelia.
3. This also is not a known bug. Can you please record us a video and send a couple of screenshhots.
Would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
