Please check up your employee's working hours at Amelia > Employees > Edit Employee > Work Hours.
If everything is correct, please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.
If it doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Hi, the working hours I set up, doesn't work in my schedule.
The schedule shows every hour of the day but I set 9:00 to 20:00
