We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

So i've set up amelia for my one of my clients as a test, looking to expand this to all my clients is if its a success. However we are running into a problem, invoices are not showing appointment info, the invoice is showing "appointment" and that's it(on pdf). Regular woocommerce email invoices do show them, but we cant use those because of legislation. Is there a way to get all the appointment info on pdf invoices so we can send those to clients? I've tried multiple plugins but none show the information.

    Hello Ruben,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Amelia is not a payment engine, so it doesn't generate invoices. Invoices are generated by payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc), so you're looking for automation on their side, not on our side. Even Stripe doesn't send automatic receipts to customers after they are charged for something by default. You need to click on the three dots, and click on "Send Receipt". I am not aware if they have some settings that would change this behavior.

Our developers are going to work on invoicing within Amelia, so this will be available at some point in the future. This is not under development yet, and I can't say when it will be available.

Perhaps there is some way of doing this would be through Zapier, or some other CRM by using our webhooks

If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Have a nice day!

    Kind Regards,
