For this functionality to be enabled, you need to enable the Customer panel from the backend. Navigate to Amelia/Settings/Role Settings/Customer and enable the "Enable Customer Panel" option. You also need to enter the URL of the page on which you will put a customer panel.

You can add the customer panel on the page with the following shortcode: 

[ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1 events=1]

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I scheduled a test appointment and received an email with customer panel access, I followed the link and successfully logged into the customer panel, and was able to cancel the appointment from the customer panel. Please check the screenshots attached.
