You probably enabled "Include HTML" in the "Table Tools" section above the table:
If this is enabled, columns that contain HTML (such as link, image, email, attachment, or HTML) will be rendered as HTML in the exported files of the CSV, Excel, Print, and Copy options.
There's no way that you can export a hyperlink, and keep it as a hyperlink. The plugin will either see the text, or the URL.
When trying to print a page the print renders the url code behind a hyperlink. Is there any way around this?
