We are using events to book workshops. For each event there is a max of 6 people attending (Maximum allowed spots=6). The option Allow bringing more persons was active and as such allowed. Now we have a workshop were max 6 spots where allowed and 8 people are booked. There are 6 bookings where 2 of them where bookings for 2 people resulting in a total eight. At the moment we deactivated 'Allow bringing more persons ' to avoid too much persons in a workshop. Amelia is linked with Woocommerce @ Mollie for payments. Is it possible that someone can book while payment is on going/pending of another customer? What can be the issue here?
Amelia triggers the appointment creation on statuses "Completed", "Processing" and "On Hold". So, when you change the payment status to one of these, an appointment will be created. So, If you have not changed this default setting, I don't think it's possible.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
