We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello Adrián

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can create an Event, set up it's date (it can be a year ahead) and check "Booking opens immediately" option at the Event settings. So your customers could book it right away.

If you'd like to create a recurring event, you should know that the price that you set will be for one event, and will not be a cumulative price for all recurrences, since the customer can just book one event, not all recurring events.

You can find more information about Events here: https://wpamelia.com/events/

If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I mean something like this: As an admin, I create an account for a customer. From a set date to a due date, for example: one year, the customer will be able to reserve any event. If a due date occurs, the customer will not be able to register for the event until I, as the administrator, set a new due date.

    Hi Adrián

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.
