Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I successfully created a test appointment using Paypal Sandbox mode, and there are no issues detected from my side. At the moment everything is working fine, and it is impossible to say exactly what the problem was. Perhaps, it was a one-time issue due to some lag with PayPal API integration, if the problem occurs again, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Hi, we've had a payment land in PayPal through the site, but there is no appointment for that customer.
The client has since manually added them in so that the space does not get taken and so they can prepare for the day.
Any idea how this could happen?
