Hi,
is there a setting by which only registered users can book an event ?
Thanks.
Hello Adrián,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future. But there may be a workaround you're interested in. Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy

Thank you for your reply. Is it possible to set event approval? The customer reserves the event, I, as the administrator, receive an e-mail notification about the new reservation and when I approve it, he receives an e-mail notification.
Hello Adrián,
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
At the moment, there are no pending statuses for Events - they're either accepted automatically upon customer booking them, or rejected after the customer books if you change that status.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
Also, if this feature is crucial for you, maybe there's a way to make Appointments work for you instead of Events?
For example, you can set the Pending status to be default, so when a customer books, only when you Approve it manually, they will get an Approved status and confirmation email.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy

I wanted to use the events to display them on calendar. Appointments as far as I know cannot be displayed on the calendar as events. However, such a smaller calendar is displayed when searching for appointments, which is not exactly what I would like to achieve.
Dear Adrián,
Amelia's calendar can display both appointments and events. Or did you mean something else?
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I mean the calendar on the frontend.
Dear Adrián,
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. The Сalendar view can only be used with Events.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
But we can recommend this service for customization:

They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?
Thank you and stay safe.
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy
