How long is the appointment for your service? If the first one is 5 hours long and the second i 3 hours long then you will need to create 2 different services. They can be called similar for example swimming am and swimming pm.
Then you can set up that the first service is 5 and the second service is 3 hours long and then you need to add an employee to both of the services and change his working hours to be from 08:00 till 13:00 and assign swimming AM and for 13:00 till 16:00 assign swimming PM.
Only in that case, you can offer the larger different time slots.
I dont get it, my opening hours in plugin are from 08:00 till 18:00 but as you can see in the screenshot the plugin shows times beside of this timeframe, how can i fix this? cant find this in the settings

Please tell me are you in a different time zone than the employees? We ask you this because if you are and you have the option "Show booking slots in client time zone" enabled then that is the reason why you see time slots available outside their working hours. But the duration of service is still the same.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When you look at your time slots you should look from the incognito window as we already mentioned because when your "Allow admin to book appointment at any time " option is on you can see 24/7 available time slots.
When we went to your site we saw that everything works perfectly

Nevermind, i will leave it like this, one more question, how can i change the language on the frontend from the plugin? I want it in Dutch but now all is english, cant find a way to translate the thngs in the plugin.

Amelia doesn't have any language settings, and it inherits its language from WordPress. We have a Dutch translation. You need to set the language in WordPress for your site to be in Deutch.
Adding language in Amelia has the functions of the second language for the "extra (additional)" translation but the language needs to be the same as your default website language. After you change the language of your WordPress site, Amelia will be translated also.
Approximately 80%-85% of the plugin is translated into the languages stated above, but you can always translate it using Poedit or Loco Translate.
Translating all strings in the plugin is very easy since there is a file with all strings ready for translation. We usually advise using Loco Translate or POEDIT, and here are the steps that you need to take to translate the plugin. This is an example for the French language:
Download and install POEDIT.
After that, open the program and open the file from your website located in ..wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
Translate all the strings that are not translated
Save the translation.
If you’re using some other PO editor, other than POEDIT you may need to compile the .mo file also. POEDIT does this automatically, but we cannot guarantee that for other editors.
Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
During the translation of all these strings, you will notice that this file doesn’t have the names of your categories, services, custom fields, descriptions, and notification templates since all these need to be translated directly in the plugin.

Thanks, that worked, can you tell me where the value Duur in the screenshot is coming from? Duur in dutch is Duration in English, i never set 75 in the Duration/Duur. The correct price is just 25,-
That duur is coming from the duration of extra that is chosen in this case like we sad you can see in your picture that you have sent us that "duur" that is in fact "extras" to service is selected and that is why you are seeing it
But if you are wondering about the translation then you should know that Amelia doesn't have any language settings, and it inherits its language from WordPress.
We have mentioned this and if you see it is because of these settings.

In this field, you can not change it to say select service because service is already selected and now customers can book an appointment for an already chosen service.
But if you want to change the label of some fields you can do everything that can be changed in Amelia/customize section just by clicking on the pencil button next to the field and scrolling down for the option

We needed to translate your text first so that we can understand what needs to be changed. Please tell us if we have translated it correctly "Deep cleaning upholstery (seats and floor) is not included in the interior package" so if this is a package feature you can change the text in Amelia/customize/package just like in the picture
You just need to transfer form service to package booking form next to step by step booking form.
We have changed it for you and now every it is as it should be.
The issue was that you turn on Dutch translation in Amelia customize
And it automatically translated the label and this took precedence. When we turn it off we were able to change the name of the label and everything is fine now.

The 75 in black needs to be "Prijs"
So the 75,- in black (bold) is there because i changed wordpress language? I did this, i setted it to Dutch language.

This option allows you to add some extras to a service something like this
You can find this in Amelia/customize as well but text of the add extra option it can not be changed I'm afraid.
