    Hi I have set everything up and Amelia to open in a modal I have added 3 employees and 2 locations, cleared the cache and refreshed browser and still the same???
    however as you can see the booking form opens with just the calendar and not how it is supposed to be.. in customise preview it is fine?? Please help..

    You've got an answer to your question in another ticket already.

    Please, do not open multiple tickets for the same issue. Duplicate tickets will be closed.
