We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Translation with .pot file is not 100% correct

    Hi there

    I tranlate the rest of the 83% translated german language and I see that amelia is not 100% translated. 

    There are very many strings missing for translation :-( 

    See the attachement. I marked it with arrows or yellow field.

    Thank you very much! I forwarded this to our developers.

    Would you like to maintain the translation? We can offer you a 20% recurring discount for the license, and we'd send you the file a week or two before the update, so you can translate the strings before the update is released.

    Unfortunately, we do not have translators in our company, so all translated languages Amelia has have been translated by our customers, and there are some strings that haven't been translated yet, there may also be strings that are not properly translated. 

    Also, for the labels “employee/s” and “service/s” there are Labels Settings on the Settings page, you can change it there and the change should be applied across the entire plugin.
