You need to check for employees working hour and if that employee is assigned to the correct services as well as his days off and special days.

We need more screenshots to see the issue. But you can provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We managed to sort everything out. You can see in the picture:

There was a couple of issues. First, you had a buffer time before and after and you add for beverages an extra 1hour time and in total with your 9-hour services bring us to 12 hours of service and that is the reason why you didn't have any available slots.

We managed to turn off the buffer time and 1-hour time slot for drinks and now the time slot in total is 9 hours and the available time slot has appeared.

You should know that everything that you add a buffer or extra that all add up to the duration of service. And inf your service is in total 12 hours and employees working hours are 9 hours there will be no available time slots.

We are not sure what exactly do you mean? You can edit each service in Amelia/service/edit service

Or if you are referring to our booking forms you can edit those in Amelia/customize

There you can edit fields crate custom fields, hide some options, etc.
