We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I have marked Require Phone Number in settings but the form does not require it. Help?

After you made the phone field mandatory in Amelia - Customize, did you click save?
If yes, please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies. Let us know please if it helps.

Do you realize you have a different option in settings area of Amelia for the same field "requiring" of that same field? That needs to be cleaned up or removed if the form requires using the "mandatory field" option instead. I have attached a screenshot of the General Settings in Amelia that states to require the phone number. Using "Mandatory Field" does work for requiring.

Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests, I forwarded this to our developers.
This is implemented because some people want the email as a mandatory field in the Step-by-Step booking form, and they don't want it as a mandatory field in the Catalog form.
