Each customer is assigned with an individual id and a tag "customer" in the database table wp_amelia_users, you can see this in phpMyAdmin for example, but to display in the backend, you need custom work.
The same for auto export the appointments to CSV, it probably can be done with some custom work.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, we don't provide custom work, our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
But we can recommend this service for customization:
Is there a way to generate a unique number for each customer? & is there a way to auto export the appointments CSV?

They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?
Have a nice day!
