Hello, is there any way to let the user to know the background of the employee that will be doing the service on the booking panel?
Because right now we can only see name and picture of the employee on the booking panel, but we don't know about their background or their specialized/ achievement.

Currently, there is no such feature built-in in Amelia. You can only create separate pages on your site where the customers will be able to inform themself more about your employees if they want.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
