We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi
I have set everything up and Amelia to open in a modal
however as you can see the booking form opens with just the calendar and not how it is supposed to be.. in customise preview it is fine?? Please help..
Hello David,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Do not worry everything is fine. This looks like this because you have only one service and one employee and the customers don't have anything to choose from. That is the reason why it's showing them the calendar immediately because only one service and employee are available.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi I have added 3 employees and 2 locations, cleared the cache and refreshed browser and still the same???
https://coachfrankskateschool.co.uk/amelia-modal/
Hello David,
Did you assign all of these employees to that service or just one?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi I have assigned services to ther coaches and now I get this screen
https://coachfrankskateschool.co.uk/amelia-modal/
It is not split like in the preview with calendar on the right?
The coaches can provide services at any location.. but only a single location is assigned to them.. how do I change that?
Thanks in advance..
Hello David,
As far as we can see the previous issue is resolved and know the customers can see the locaton and they can choose an employee
As far as multiple locations per employees goes I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
One employee can't be assigned to multiple locations at the same time, BUT you can assign the employee to different locations per time periods.
Employee 1 can work on Location 1 from 09 - 10, on location 2 from 10 - 12, and so on.
You may be interested in this workaround, though: Create two employees with the same name. Assign one employee to location 1 and the other employee to location 2. Then configure the Google Calendar integration, and link both employees to the same Google Calendar.
Then, in Amelia settings/Integrations/Google Calendar enable "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots", so when one employee is booked, the other employee is also blocked.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
