Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Can you please explain further what the issue is when the customer books an appointment, so i can try and recreate the same issue?
ok when someone books anything he has to go through login procedure with google and that to one time unless he deletes his account, and also when he fills the Amelia form when booking the details are obviously not saved at the 1st but next time he comes back for booking the details are not saved in Amelia but he is still logged in, that's the issue here because before the Amelia details are saved in the form but now the customer has to again type all his details,
You can have that information auto-filled, if the customer has a WordPress account in which they are logged in when booking for the first time, and Automatically Create Amelia Customer option is active, the fields will be prefilled the next time they book (if they don't clear their cache and cookies). Also, it's important to point out that this goes for basic fields (name email phone), as Custom Fields need to be manually filled every time customer books (if you have set any Custom Fields for that service). I have enabled the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" option in the "Role settings".
Can you test it out while logged in as a customer and provide us with an update if that worked?

Unfortunately, this is a default plugin behavior on which our developers are working at the moment.
So, when an employee is randomly selected and you continue with the booking, the employee is fixated on the appointment, and then, if you go back, the employee will still be fixated, and only working hours of an employee that is selected will be shown on the calendar.
