We are not sure what do you mean exactly? If your employee is booked from 13 to 15 hours that time slot will be taken, and if his working hours are from 09 to 17h you will see available time slots from 09-13 and from 15-17 hours.
If you are experiencing some issues please write to us in a little more detail what exactly is the issue and send us a more screenshots of your employee settings.
However if a customer like to see a
specific Employee, according to the picklist is that possible, however at the
time the customer is selecting in the time period that the timeslot is not
available for the specific Employee, the customer doesn't see any time for the wanted
Employee (in fact the customer is to early for the wanted Employee)
So my point is actually: Only show the
Employees who are available at the moment a customer selects a service
We will try to answer to all of your questions as best as possible.
If we understood you correctly you have several employees assign to one service but when one is occupied (it doesn't have any available time slot) you want them not to be shown in "select an employee" but still to be assigned to the service. Is that correct?
If this is the case I'm afraid that this is not possible.
You can not hide only one specific employee you can either unsign him from the service or you can disable the option for your customer to be able to choose an employee. You can do that in Amelia/customize
There you can just click on the option display filed and turn it off, in that case, your customers won't be able to choose an employee the employee that is available will be automatically assigned to the appointment.
"If we understood you correctly you have several employees assign to one service but when one is occupied (it doesn't have any available time slot) you want them not to be shown in "select an employee" but still to be assigned to the service. Is that correct?"
Almost
right.....
My wish would be: Just show the
available Employees.
Another thing, just find out:
An available Employee (according to his
time-slots) selected by the customer doesn't show
Every employee assigned to that service will be visible even if he is occupied. You can just unsign him from the service if you know that he will be occupied for a longer period of time.
Please check the employee's days off and special days you can send us the screen shots of those two settings.
Well.... in this case the Employee is available after
7 PM, so there should be seen a "highlighted" date
(check my previous .jpg's) or take a
moment to log on)
It seems, according to me, that if an
Employee has an available time-slot 7-10 PM and the customer selects that
Employee BEFORE the time-slot (4 pm or so) no dates will come up.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also please send us in order what exactly is the issue and what do you want to achieve and we will have it resolved one by one
Etc...
We went to your site some settings must be wronged because eve tms support employee has only a couple of days available
Lets skip the former conversations and
start over:
1. I have 2 Employees, none of them have
a time-slot in the weekends: How is het possible that one CAN select a service?
2. The given time-slots are Ma till Fr 10:30-24:00 and one special on Tuesday
10:30-13:30 for just one Employee.
In
general: The given time-slots don’t reflect to what a customer sees, way more
time-slots !
Now it is now clearer to us what is happening. You have the option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" turned on and that is the reason why you can see all these slots.
But when you go like the customer to book an appointment, the slots are not visible as you can see in the pictures.
Everything is fine and works properly, you can always check how it looks like in the incognito window, or you can simply turn the Admin option off.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
In order for us to be able to help you you need to write to us in more detail and in some order because we can not understand from your ticket what employee need to work on what service and on what time, gets...
Please write to in some order with more detail like:
1.
2.
3.
Etc...
The only thing that we can see in your picture is that employee Ron Poppen doesn't have any services assigned. You have set his working hours
But not any services like this
On the second picture, you can see assigned services for an employee.
The first picture is from your site and the second one is from my site never the less we find the issue. The issue is that your services last 1.30 and 2 or 3 hours but you put that his working hours are in the section from 19 to 20, 20 to 21, etc. It can not be done like that.
If you want him to work from 19 to 21 you need to enter it like that (from 19-21) "in one piece" not in two sections 19-20,20-21 because Amelia register that as two-section and your service time is longer than one hour slot.
That is the reason why only one service is available because it is the only one that last for an hour.
When you enter that his working hour is from 19 to 21 or 19 to 22 you will then see his available time slots and everything will work properly.
Please do that and let us know if everything is fine.
Hi
If one selects a Service a picklist appears, the first choice is "Random", if you would like to have a specific employee you can select that.
However, It appears that an Employee could be selected whenever there is no available time set-up for that Employee.
So why don't you show only the really available employees for the selected service?
Ron

Currently, there is no such feature built-in.

Hi Marko,
That was useful :), however:
It is still not possible to see the timeslots of one Employee; (Selected for ALL the services)
His timeslots: Just the weekdays, in the evening
Is you select services:
Combi - QuickScan en Warmtebeeld Opnamen or QSE - Quick Scan Energiebesparing
for that Employee: No timeslots are shown
If you select
IFR - Warmtebeeld Opnamen or Spreekuur Bibliotheek
then it is okay voor these selections
If you select someone else, then that Employee comes back with different timeslots he has given
His timeslots, weekdays

Hello Marko,
Well, I thought it was clear enough with my screenshots :(.
The show that you have shown in the reply is NOT from my site!, I think you were mixed-up with a other client .
Therefore the assigned services for Ron again:
His timeslots during the week, no weekends
And what the customer gets whenever he should select Ron for the selected service
Otherwise, try to use the Support account for this problem, Stanislav used it before
Ron
