We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Guys, 

    I love the look of your plugin, but from the demos I have opened I see a missing functionality or better say I need something, which is not there. I am trying to make this work for Event bookings......so picture Quadbikes, Horse Riding..........picture 1 hour time slots........when booking the customer should be able to select 2 or 3 time slots at once, e.g. if he wants a 3 hour ride. I didn't see that in the demo. Is there such a feature?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I see two ways here.

    1. If you use Appointments instead of Events, you can go to Amelia/Service/Edit service/Extras and add an Extra option there. Extras allow you the possibility to add additional services or products customers can buy when they are scheduling the appointment. For example, "Extra Horse Riding", choose the duration (for example, 1 hour), price for this extra time, and maximum quantity - for example, your customer can choose two more hours in addition to the main Horse Riding.

    2. Packages (also for Appointments only). You go to Amelia/Services/Packages/Add Package. Here you set up the name of you Package - for example, Horse Riding Pro. Set up the Duration - Days, and select 1 day. In description you can add something like "if one hour riding is not enough" or something. Then at Services tab you choose your Service - Horse Riding, Number of Appointments and Minimum and Maximum bookings required. If you set up minimum bookings, for example, to 2, your customer will have to book 2 time slots at once.
