I have set up a single service with a single employee and 1 package. I have not set a location as the service is delivered online.
When I add the short code for the step by step wizard I presented with the package option and a continue button. This is quite confusing as there are no instructions for the visitor. Selecting continue selects the service, and clicking inside the package container selects the package. But this is not very intuitive for the visitor. How can I edit this? In the customiser is this considered step 1? It looks nothing like the form presented in the customiser which has a lot of fields, labels and instructions. Are those fields missing due to me only having a single service and employee?
I seemed to have understood how this works and solved my own issue. The Step 1 form is broken up into subsequent screens, not presented all at once.
Hello Robin,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
We took a closer look and in our system and we saw that you have a basic license. Amelia's basic license does not include packages of services. So this is the reason why you do not see the packages option.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
