In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I'm looking into purchasing the Amelia plugin for a website that I'm building. The client has asked if it's possible to export booked events to their Outlook calendar?
I've seen that you can do this on the front-end demo, so the person booking the session can save it to their calendar, but is there a back-end option that allows the admins to export the event to their own shared calendars?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Amelia has Outlook calendar integration. We have a detailed instructions for it here: https://wpamelia.com/configuring-outlook-calendar/
But unfortunately, synchronization with Outlook calendar is not supported for Events at the moment, just for Services. So if you'd have to use Events in Amelia and have assigned employees to them, they would not have Amelia events in their Outlook calendar automatically.
