Issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings, and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
2. Your website has PHP version less than 7
3. The credentials are not correct
4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
5. If you're using Gmail, please make sure "Allow less secure apps" is enabled.
Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Could you please provide me with screenshots of this issue? It would help me to help you.

It's a bit hard for us to understand the issue without screenshots/video or your credentials. Could you please provide us with these so we can see what is exactly going wrong?
If you'd like to have a special page that shows the meeting is cancelled, you need to create it in Pages and paste the link into Successful Cancellation Redirect URL.
I still cannot understand if the cancelled via link Appointments remain Pending/Approved or the status is changing to Cancelled?
To avoid the email cancellation issues, you can also use Customer Panel so your customers could cancell their appointments at this panel. Here you can find the instruction: https://wpamelia.com/front-end-customer-panel/
The problem is it leads to the main page.is that ok?
I don't want to use a special page just for my customer to see a confirmation message about cancelation like "appointment is canceled" and I don't want to use panel as well.
Don't you have something that is built in inside Amelia for that?
When an appointment is canceled, the customer is redirected to the home page. That's the default behavior, so if it is your case - everything is OK.
That is why we added the "Redirect URL after successful canceling" and "Redirect URL after unsuccessful canceling" fields at the Settings page.
So, if you want a customer to see a custom page where it says "You successfully canceled the appointment", you need to create that page and add the URL of that page in Amelia's General settings. If you do not want to use a special page, just leave it empty.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there's no way to change the individual button, but I will forward the request to our developers, so they can add an option in the customize screen where this could be changed.
For your second question, please take a look at the attached article and the YouTube video about the popup:: Using Amelia in Elementor Popup
Sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!

hey,
So I'm getting emails now.
But when I insert the cancelation link it doesn't work.
How I fix it?

The link of cancelation does not work.
Leads to bad address
Please go to Amelia > Settings > Notification Settings > Successful Cancellation Redirect URL and if there is a link, check if the link is correct.
Also please check the status of these Appointments in the end. Did they remain Pending/Approved or the status was changed to Cancelled?
The url is empty.
Where should I take this url from?

is there other way?
Just tell me where to take this url from?
Leon, you don't have to add URL in the field if it is empty, so that's ok.
Our development team found a bug which adds an empty space before the %appointment_cancel_url% placeholder, and thus breaks the link.
So all you need to do is to edit the hyperlink and remove this space.
It will work after this.
I don't have this space
I got a link.
I have to create a custom page to show the customer the meeting canceled?
You don't have a template for this messages?

thank you for your comment.
maybe you have a bug?
the hours is not in the box
Hi Leon
This is caused by the language used on the site - it goes over the defined limit of the time fields.
Please try adding this CSS on the page:
Let me know if that helped.
hey,
