hi with woocommerce can you add more than one appointment to the cart?? I tried this and everytime it just updates to the latest appointment and does not add the other appointent to the cart?
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

I have on site disabled under payments but still see bookings with on site as payment and not paid? I only have stripe so if its not stripe the booking should not be allowed to go thru?? on site is no good its all online classes. How do I stop this? it means clients are getting bookings for free like this which is terrible.
You need to try and open another ticket because this is a repurchase category question only.
There is a lot of abuse and questions from people who didn't renew their subscription on licenses and they do not have access to our premium support, or from customers who bought Envato license, in which case the support lasts 6 months.
And for that reason, I'm afraid that we must insist on writing us in Amelia category.
A year ago I dont have the invoice sorry, happ yo pay for the support as I need things sorting. for example when a repeat appointment happens it doesnt send out next day reminder? so how can people know they have the repeat?
You can buy from them option to prolong your support but we would suggest instead to buy a new license from us since it would be cheaper and also we can offer you a 20% discount for the new license.
Is this something that you be interested?
As for recurring appointments, an appointment reminder should be sent because each appointment on the recurring list is considered a separate appointment.

It is not possible to alter the thickness, size, color, or font-family because they don't have any custom selectors.
Our development team will add these options at some point in the future, but we don't have an ETA for that yet.
