We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
can I use your plugin with data from an external, already existing, database? Or I have to compile again all the categories directly in your plugin?
Thanks
Hello Ema,
Thank you for expressing interest in purchasing the Amelia plugin.
We currently don't have an import option in Amelia, but we will add it at some point in the future. For the time being, you can use the template table (in CSV format) and add your customers directly in the wp_amelia_users database table.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

I really like your plugin but I have another question: is it possible to have a custom duration option in the booking process? So that when the customers select a service they can choose multiple options for the duration, like 20/30/40 minutes?
Like this function of Bookly
https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-custom-duration-addon/22060703?ref=ladela&utm_source=bookly_admin&utm_medium=pro_active&utm_campaign=shop
Or this from Latepoint

Thanks again!
Hello Ema,
Unfortunately, that is not possible with the plugin's built-in configuration.
You could create a couple of services in the same category and for example, name them Service 1 30 min, Service 1 60 min, and so on.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
