When I enable the Clear Filters button, it hangs and doesn't clear the filters. The spinner just keeps spinning indefinitely. I've linked to the page with the table for reference, but don't currently have the Clear Filters button enabled because the site has active users.
Can you please tell us if you are experiencing the same issue on the backend? Can you create test page and send us a link where we can inspect this behavior?
Hi, thanks. I've set up a test page here that has the Clear Filters button implemented. The behavior does also occur on the backend. There are occasional times when it doesn't hang, but more often than not, it will just get stuck.
Thank you for the page. There are a few "invalid JSON response" errors on the page:
JSON errors usually occur if you have a security plugin installed, or there's a security measure blocking admin-ajax calls. Also, if the pages are cached, it can occur. Try excluding pages where you have our tables loaded from being cached, and try again.
If there's a notice, warning, or fatal error WordPress that manifests through responses. Our table requires a valid JSON in the response, so if there are these notices, the JSON is not valid, and the data is not being loaded.
