Unfortunately, I don't see any locale applied here. You need to configure the multi-lingual plugin, so the locale (ar) is displayed in the URL.
Also, you need to acquire the purchase code in order to continue receiving support. If you don't have it, you need to purchase a new one here https://wpamelia.com/pricing/, or reach out to the owner of this license, and ask him to write to us to perform the transfer of ownership ([email protected])
I don't have the purchase code previous developer installed it
if you try to search with
"سونار" for example you will not get any result
but if you search with "Brain" you will find
"سونار"
wich the same service but in English lang
