Hi,
Whenever an employee/admin creates an appointment, the input to use a coupon code is not available and only visible for customers when they create an appointment. How come?

Hello Shanice,
You need to go Amelia - Appointments - Edit Appointment (or New Appointment) and you can choose the coupon code in the "Apply Coupon" field, if this field is not there, check if coupons are activated in the Settings, if there are active coupons in Finance section and check if you have the latest version of Amelia (4.3.1)
